Örjan Björkdahl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vince Di Cola read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. With a little luck, JKs Talanger's Joachim Godholm got control of the ball when Yan Peng Kun tried to sneak it across the goal line. 14 minutes in the game, Yan Peng Kun dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Lin Xuan Hai lost his temper 22 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 21st minute of the game. One of JKs Talanger:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Limhamns Stjärnor:s goal. After 25 minutes of play, Limhamns Stjärnor's Ralf Västerstrand made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joachim Godholm was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joachim Godholm made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Yan Peng Kun sent off a good shot on target. After 35 played minutes Limhamns Stjärnor got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Van Bombergen. Vince Di Cola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Dacio in the 36th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Örjan Björkdahl made a precise shot to the right of Vince Di Cola. Limhamns Stjärnor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. After 43 played minutes Limhamns Stjärnor got a freekick which was hit by Yan Peng Kun. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Ralf Västerstrand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vince Di Cola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Örjan Björkdahl, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Limhamns Stjärnor's Vince Di Cola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Örjan Björkdahl in the 61st minute of play. Joachim Godholm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralf Västerstrand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klas Fransson in the 67th minute of play forced JKs Talanger's goalkeeper Joachim Godholm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Örjan Björkdahl succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-4 in the 70th playminute. JKs Talanger's Christopher Kock was substituted for Örjan Björkdahl. Vince Di Cola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christopher Kock in the 92nd minute of play. Rodrigo Lindø charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodrigo Lindø the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rodrigo Lindø hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched JKs Talanger eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
