The supporters of AC Grassland booed when Obiechów SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Bielecki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aleksander Brack took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jurand Wielopolski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ryszard Wincek struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Lucjan Pankiewicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Obiechów SSA. Zenon Watarz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ryszard Wincek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Lucjan Pankiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Beniamin Wolniewicz came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the AC Grassland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Beniamin Wolniewicz couldn't finish the play. AC Grassland's Beniamin Wolniewicz got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in AC Grassland's zone, Zenon Watarz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucjan Pankiewicz came out of the goal and Zenon Watarz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

A hard shot 52 in the game by Zenon Watarz from a close distance when the talented Lucjan Pankiewicz managed to make a qualified save. AC Grassland's players were relieved. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Zenon Watarz took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Lucjan Pankiewicz to make any attempt to save it. In the 58th minute, Izydor Golota hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucjan Pankiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ryszard Wincek in the 62nd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Obiechów SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Jurand Wielopolski came free, but Aleksander Brack reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute, Waldemar Maruda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jurand Wielopolski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aleksander Brack came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by AC Grassland's Izydor Golota. But to his dismay, Izydor Golota quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1.
