Tolek Chuchro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jedrzej Hajder in the 16th minute. After 18 played minutes Orły Płock got a freekick which was hit by Bartosz Wos. If Jedrzej Hajder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jedrzej Hajder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Orły Płock's Tolek Chuchro got control of the ball when Jedrzej Hajder tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maksymilian Cwojdak went to the cornerflag to take it. Radomir Rakowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wasyl Blicharz in the 45th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Walery Frankowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Jedrzej Hajder came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Elblong SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jedrzej Hajder couldn't finish the play. Tolek Chuchro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jedrzej Hajder, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute.
