Grzegorz Dobilas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Korneliusz Kazimierz's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. After 11 minutes, Adam Fafinski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arsenal Giszowiec FC and the FC Hajzel players grew even worse after the yellow card. Witold Patora hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Arsenal Giszowiec FC's Grzegorz Dobilas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Korneliusz Kazimierz in the 19th minute of play. Emil Kochniarczyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Fafinski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emil Kochniarczyk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adam Fafinski in the 23rd minute. Witold Patora kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Arsenal Giszowiec FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mariusz Sedzikowski came free, but Grzegorz Dobilas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Korneliusz Kazimierz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Hajzel fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Korneliusz Kazimierz in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Grzegorz Dobilas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Grzegorz Dobilas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Korneliusz Kazimierz went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stanislaw Trzemzalski to strike the kick off in the second half. FC Hajzel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arsenal Giszowiec FC the free kick. The supporters of Arsenal Giszowiec FC booed when FC Hajzel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Witold Patora didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Hajzel's Tadeusz Waselewicz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Grzegorz Dobilas. That made the score 0-5 after 87 minutes of play. In the 91st minute, Stanislaw Trzemzalski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Hajzel's Korneliusz Kazimierz got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Korneliusz Kazimierz took the ball and in the 98 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Grzegorz Dobilas. Grzegorz Dobilas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. The FC Hajzel players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
