In the 24th minute, Juliusz Sitko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juliusz Sitko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sylwester Kowalski during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 30 played minutes Burza Słupy got a freekick which was hit by Sylwester Kowalski. After having played for 31 minutes, Remigiusz Augustyniak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Chester United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Remigiusz Augustyniak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 38 minutes into the game, FC Chester United's Juliusz Sitko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alan Lauber made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Olgierd Swoboda hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. If Olgierd Swoboda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juliusz Sitko in the 45th minute of play forced Burza Słupy's goalkeeper Alan Lauber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Michal Lewandowski came free with the goalkeeper in the 53rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Alan Lauber could save by the left post. 54 minutes into the match, FC Chester United's Tolek Wykowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alan Lauber narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Olgierd Swoboda struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Alan Lauber didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Chester United. Roland Sebzda hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Alan Lauber showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juliusz Sitko, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 59th minute Tomasz Marciewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alan Lauber saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th minute Prudencio Tolino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Žiga Prošek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Roland Sebzda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Burza Słupy's Tobiasz Miodek was substituted for Roland Sebzda. Juliusz Sitko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alan Lauber having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Burza Słupy's zone, Tolek Wykowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alan Lauber came out of the goal and Tolek Wykowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over FC Chester United could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Burza Słupy throughout the match.
