Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tord Buvarp got the match started through his kick off. Blaze Of Glory's Torjus Fromreide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Hellenes in the 5th minute of play. Torjus Fromreide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per Hellenes, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After 12 minutes, Ola Karlsen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blaze Of Glory and the Maiden FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ola Karlsen hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Torjus Fromreide stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Per Hellenes's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. A collision led to Blaze Of Glory getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Paul Kårstad hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute, Andreas Sælen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 30 minutes of play, Maiden FC's Tord Buvarp made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Torjus Fromreide was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Per Hellenes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Tord Buvarp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 43rd minute of the match Knut Engebretsen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Iver Vatn skillfully saved the ball. In the 48th minute, Gabriel Olafsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Remi Berglund made a kick off. In the 54th minute Andreas Lie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iver Vatn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Per Hellenes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Torjus Fromreide having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Knut Engebretsen during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nicholas Blindheim was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 65th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Maiden FC's Tord Buvarp got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 77th match minute, Maiden FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicholas Blindheim to maneuver through the defense. After 79 played minutes, Blaze Of Glory's Knut Engebretsen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Iver Vatn came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Blaze Of Glory reached it. Per Hellenes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Remi Berglund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iver Vatn having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Blaze Of Glory's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Per Hellenes fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Remi Berglund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Torjus Fromreide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tord Buvarp in the 99th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Maiden FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
