A very good chance. Tommie Theissen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Co Klompe, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Jan-Willem van Zaanen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edwin van Dam having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Willem van Zaanen in the 25th minute of play forced Zuiderwoude's goalkeeper Edwin van Dam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Zuiderwoude to win.
