Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ciccio Cantagallo started the match with the kick off. When Anselmo Petroni fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arcugnano's protests and gave Anselmo Petroni a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Arcugnano's Anselmo Petroni got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Arcugnano's Antonello Di Lello got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Antonello Di Lello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniele Fulgenzi having to interfere. Alfredo Marongiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniele Fulgenzi having to interfere. Dave Riccitelli's late challenge caught a Arcugnano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dave Riccitelli helped the player get up and apologised. After 20 played minutes Betlemme FC got a freekick which was hit by Dave Riccitelli. In the 21st minute, Alfredo Marongiu made a precise shot to the right of Daniele Fulgenzi. Betlemme FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 25 played minutes Betlemme FC got a freekick which was hit by Ennio Cantagallo. Aurelio Lemma was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 26th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The corner ended in Aurelio Lemma almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Betlemme FC's Daniele Fulgenzi did a great save. If Alfredo Marongiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Betlemme FC's goalkeeper Daniele Fulgenzi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alfredo Marongiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antonello Di Lello stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Antonello Di Lello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniele Fulgenzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonello Di Lello in the 58th minute of play forced Betlemme FC's goalkeeper Daniele Fulgenzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Arcugnano's Alfredo Marongiu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Daniele Fulgenzi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Betlemme FC's Camillo Alessandro got a free kick in the 71st minute. The supporters of Arcugnano booed when Betlemme FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelio Cattaneo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antonello Di Lello in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniele Fulgenzi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Daniele Fulgenzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonello Di Lello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute, Dave Riccitelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 85 minutes into the match, Arcugnano's Aurelio Lemma broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Daniele Fulgenzi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfredo Marongiu in the 87th minute. In the 89th minute, Ferruccio Villa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd minute Betlemme FC were awarded a corner. Aurelio Cattaneo went to the cornerflag to take it. Betlemme FC's Aurelio Cattaneo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fulvio Bianchi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After having played for 94 minutes, Ciccio Cantagallo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Betlemme FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciccio Cantagallo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Filippo Beattie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulvio Bianchi having to interfere. Arcugnano's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
