Kemence VSC's Ronny Björklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Róbert Kolozsvári in the 8th minute of play. Norbert Kiss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olivér Nagy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Soma Bernáth having to interfere. Soma Bernáth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gábor Berki, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lajos Mónos in the 17th minute of play forced Apollon Grimaszol's goalkeeper Soma Bernáth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by Apollon Grimaszol's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mózes Ferencz was slow to take the kick. During this time Kemence VSC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Mózes Ferencz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Soma Bernáth quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ronny Björklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from István Földesi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Apollon Grimaszol were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after Kemence VSC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gergely Szegedi took the corner. When Apollon Grimaszol's András Győri in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Bálint Kárpáthy charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bálint Kárpáthy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st match minute, Apollon Grimaszol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bálint Kárpáthy to maneuver through the defense. Soma Bernáth dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 45th minute, Norbert Kiss left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kemence VSC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Norbert Kiss made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Kemence VSC's Lajos Mónos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Soma Bernáth. That made the score 0-4 after 51 minutes of play. István Földesi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronny Björklund having to interfere. Soma Bernáth didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 56th minute, which inside left pole to 0-5. The supporters of Kemence VSC booed when Apollon Grimaszol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. András Győri didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 63 minutes, István Földesi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Apollon Grimaszol and the Kemence VSC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Norbert Kiss came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Kemence VSC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norbert Kiss couldn't finish the play. 69 minutes into the match, Kemence VSC's goal looked a bit too open when Róbert Kolozsvári came free, but Ronny Björklund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute, one of Apollon Grimaszol:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Apollon Grimaszol. In the 74th minute István Földesi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronny Björklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by András Győri in the 75th minute of play forced Kemence VSC's goalkeeper Ronny Björklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Apollon Grimaszol fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Apollon Grimaszol's András Győri looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Apollon Grimaszol's defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when Lajos Mónos scored to the left of an out of position Soma Bernáth, making the score, 1-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olivér Nagy in the 86th minute of play forced Apollon Grimaszol's goalkeeper Soma Bernáth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. András Győri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Ronny Björklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Kemence VSC's goal looked a bit too open when István Földesi came free, but Ronny Björklund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Kemence VSC's Norbert Kiss sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Soma Bernáth narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
