The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Péter Páncsics came free with the goalkeeper in the 3rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Marcell Nagy could save by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Miskolc-Szirma FC's Lóránt Bányai slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcell Nagy. That made the score 1-0 after 4 minutes of play. Pál Sólyom charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pál Sólyom the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pál Sólyom hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Miskolc-Szirma FC's Lóránt Bányai got a free kick in the 9th minute. Marcell Nagy was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lóránt Bányai showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 11 minute of play. Marcell Nagy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lóránt Bányai went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Tamás Détári received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Pál Pál tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Lóránt Bányai had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcell Nagy. Marci JM's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lóránt Bányai was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. A collision led to Marci JM getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Tamás Détári hit a great ball. Márton Barabás could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Marcell Nagy made a huge save. Péter Páncsics could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Marcell Nagy made a huge save. Marci JM's Marcell Nagy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Marci JM from getting a goal against them. 35 minutes into the match, Marci JM's goalkeeper Marcell Nagy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Péter Páncsics. In the 37th minute, Péter Páncsics left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Miskolc-Szirma FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Márton Barabás could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Marcell Nagy made a huge save. Marcell Nagy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Péter Páncsics in the 44th minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Lóránt Bányai fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lóránt Bányai to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Lóránt Bányai had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcell Nagy. Marci JM's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lóránt Bányai was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. In the 56th minute, Lóránt Bányai left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Miskolc-Szirma FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. After 65 minutes of play, Miskolc-Szirma FC's Lóránt Bányai made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcell Nagy was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marci JM's Pál Sólyom quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Zoltán Újváry, made in the 69th minute of the game. 72 minutes into the game, Lóránt Bányai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Marcell Nagy was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Márton Barabás received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Marcell Nagy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcell Nagy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zoltán Újváry, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Marcell Nagy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Ferenczy in the 82nd minute of the match. Marcell Nagy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lóránt Bányai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antal Ferenczy hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Marcell Nagy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Márton Barabás, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Marcell Nagy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Ferenczy in the 97th minute of play.
