Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Sønderød's Knut Ischiel started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 played minutes Sønderød got a freekick which was hit by Sam Kongsfelt. Helge Janiec hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After 10 minutes, Helge Janiec mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Skannerup and the Sønderød players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 12th minute, Folmer Codam ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hansmorten Stakkslid was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 15 minutes, Teodor Selck made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Sønderød's Morten Pretzer tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 22nd match minute, Sønderød was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sylvester Svensgaard to maneuver through the defense. Folmer Codam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Morten Pretzer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arvid Voldbyg in the 35th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Skannerup's zone, Folmer Codam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hansmorten Stakkslid came out of the goal and Folmer Codam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Sønderød's Valder Hosbond in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Skannerup's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Skannerup defense, Folmer Codam kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hansmorten Stakkslid. The Skannerup fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hansmorten Stakkslid should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Arvid Voldbyg put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Morten Pretzer. After the first half Skannerup were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
After 57 minutes of play, Sønderød's Folmer Codam made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hansmorten Stakkslid was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Sønderød's Morten Pretzer got control of the ball when Teodor Selck tried to sneak it across the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Folmer Codam had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hansmorten Stakkslid. Skannerup's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Folmer Codam was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3. 68 minutes into the match, Skannerup's goal looked a bit too open when Folmer Codam came free, but Hansmorten Stakkslid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Sylvester Svensgaard was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 72 minutes had been played. In the 72nd match minute, Sønderød was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sylvester Svensgaard to maneuver through the defense. Folmer Codam struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Hansmorten Stakkslid didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sønderød. 77 minutes into the match, Sønderød's Knut Ischiel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hansmorten Stakkslid narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Folmer Codam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Hansmorten Stakkslid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Skannerup's zone, Knut Ischiel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hansmorten Stakkslid came out of the goal and Knut Ischiel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Knut Ischiel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Hansmorten Stakkslid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valder Hosbond blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hansmorten Stakkslid having to make a save. Hansmorten Stakkslid stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Knut Ischiel's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Hansmorten Stakkslid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Folmer Codam in the 87th minute of the match. Knut Ischiel struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Hansmorten Stakkslid didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sønderød. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valder Hosbond during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Knut Ischiel came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Sønderød fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Knut Ischiel couldn't finish the play.
