If Krestian Kastrup had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Meltofte's zone, Krestian Kastrup stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Siegmund Dernild came out of the goal and Krestian Kastrup tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Curt Bøsling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Meltofte's Siegmund Dernild played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Curt Bøsling in the 17th minute of play. Olfert Skovborg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brian Lindbis having to interfere. Mads Aavang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brian Lindbis having to interfere. Siegmund Dernild showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Krestian Kastrup, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mads Aavang stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Olfert Skovborg struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Brian Lindbis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Meltofte. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Casper Kørlund during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Casper Kørlund hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Brian Lindbis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mads Aavang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Meltofte's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
