In the 6th minute, Sebastian Thavlov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 8 minutes into the game, Bertram Dannebrog recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Maksymilian Czech. Bertram Dannebrog showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Sebastian Thavlov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Fabian Røjskjær tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 15 played minutes StarKad United got a freekick which was hit by Edmund Brattalid. Fc Vinkel's Sebastian Thavlov got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 19 minutes, Sebastian Thavlov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fc Vinkel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Thavlov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maksymilian Czech made an important save on a dangerous shot by Al Rosted in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Thavlov in the 28th minute of play forced StarKad United's goalkeeper Fabian Røjskjær to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastian Thavlov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Røjskjær having to interfere. Svenåge Liengaard kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. With a little luck, Fc Vinkel's Maksymilian Czech got control of the ball when Al Rosted tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fabian Røjskjær made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ib Svarte in the 39th minute of play. In the 45th minute of the match Kaj Romild sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maksymilian Czech skillfully saved the ball. In the 46th minute, Al Rosted got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sebastian Thavlov was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Al Rosted shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maksymilian Czech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Sebastian Thavlov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fc Vinkel's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Thavlov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabian Røjskjær breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Bertram Dannebrog had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in StarKad United's zone, Sebastian Thavlov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Røjskjær came out of the goal and Sebastian Thavlov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 66 minutes into the match, StarKad United's goalkeeper Fabian Røjskjær had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastian Thavlov. If Sebastian Thavlov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute Bertram Dannebrog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maksymilian Czech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. StarKad United's Fabian Røjskjær proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save StarKad United from getting a goal against them. Sebastian Thavlov might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabian Røjskjær. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastian Thavlov ran back to his position shaking his head. Sebastian Thavlov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Marcus Willers came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Fc Vinkel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcus Willers couldn't finish the play. Fc Vinkel's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because StarKad United had won, even though Fc Vinkel had held more of the ball.
