Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dieter Suppiger got the match started through his kick off. When Francesco Wolf fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Riti HC's protests and gave Francesco Wolf a yellow card for diving instead. After 4 played minutes Riti HC got a freekick which was hit by Francesco Wolf. eAntonio Cristallini's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Florian Locher read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Lamberto Buccino might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonas Huber. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lamberto Buccino ran back to his position shaking his head. Kristof Schenkel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Locher having to interfere. eAntonio Cristallini blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Florian Locher having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dieter Suppiger in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Florian Locher saved Riti HC from getting behind. When Dieter Suppiger came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Stein am Rhein fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dieter Suppiger couldn't finish the play. In the 24th minute, Gregory Denis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If LLoyd von Felten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Riti HC's Jonas Huber threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from LLoyd von Felten, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, Stein am Rhein's Jonas Huber got control of the ball when Lamberto Buccino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lamberto Buccino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 45th minute, Raymond Boileau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when LLoyd von Felten stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. LLoyd von Felten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Jonas Huber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 53 minutes into the game, Nat Cicchetti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stein am Rhein's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Riti HC the free kick. After 54 played minutes Stein am Rhein got a freekick which was hit by Nat Cicchetti. When Riti HC's Lamberto Buccino in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Stein am Rhein's goalie prevented a goal. After 56 minutes, Lamberto Buccino made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Stein am Rhein's Jonas Huber tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 59 minutes into the game, Domenico Baader was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Riti HC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stein am Rhein the free kick. A collision led to Riti HC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Domenico Baader hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the game, Riti HC's Francesco Wolf nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonas Huber made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. If LLoyd von Felten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, Riti HC's goalkeeper Florian Locher had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by eAntonio Cristallini. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lamberto Buccino in the 76th minute of play forced Stein am Rhein's goalkeeper Jonas Huber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 76 played minutes Stein am Rhein got a freekick which was hit by Nat Cicchetti. eAntonio Cristallini might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Florian Locher. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. eAntonio Cristallini ran back to his position shaking his head. After 86 played minutes Stein am Rhein got a freekick which was hit by Garry Burkhart. Jonas Huber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from LLoyd von Felten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the match, LLoyd von Felten notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Stein am Rhein's Jonas Huber. Jonas Huber was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Stein am Rhein's Jonas Huber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by LLoyd von Felten in the 93rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Riti HC had won after a very even match.
