In the 33rd minute Octavian Balc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Jitaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emil Murgoci in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eric Jitaru saved FC!Empire!Costy squad ™ from getting behind. Paul Romeo scored 0-1 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eric Jitaru, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Octavian Balc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Jitaru having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, FC TraLaLa's Emil Murgoci sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eric Jitaru narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Lucian Găman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 51st minute, Traian Teodor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Șerban Rareș was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 55th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 0-2 became the score in the 57th minute when Lucian Udrişte elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Emil Murgoci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Eric Jitaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Virgil Nicopol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eric Jitaru made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Emil Murgoci sent off a good shot on target. Through an outstanding action, after 74 minutes, Eric Jitaru successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 76 played minutes FC!Empire!Costy squad ™ got a freekick which was hit by Iosif Gaciu. After 80 minutes FC!Empire!Costy squad ™'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Șerban Rareș who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to FC TraLaLa's Marius Stoian getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 87th minute, Emil Murgoci left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC TraLaLa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3.
