If Eimar Seen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 30 played minutes FC Lilleoru got a freekick which was hit by Eimar Seen. 33 minutes into the match, FC Lilleoru's goal looked a bit too open when Ervin Karindi came free, but Sergo Noorpea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eimar Seen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ivo Eelmäe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. FC Jaanika's Ivo Eelmäe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eimar Seen in the 39th minute of play. If Kristo Raig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Magnus Lainoja during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 44 played minutes FC Jaanika got a freekick which was hit by Magnus Lainoja. After a defensive mix-up in FC Jaanika's zone, Kristo Raig stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivo Eelmäe came out of the goal and Kristo Raig tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ervin Karindi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, FC Jaanika's goal looked a bit too open when Eimar Seen came free, but Ivo Eelmäe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Magnus Lainoja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sergo Noorpea was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ervin Karindi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 56 minute of play.
