But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Halil İbrahim Kandemir couldn't finish the play. Akgün Başeski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vacid Akıncı, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Demirci's Vacid Akıncı got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 8th match minute, CEDRO SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reis Soyuer to maneuver through the defense. If Aşkın Seyhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Demirci's Ahmet Fikret Kılıçdaroğlu got a free kick in the 17th minute. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Aşkın Seyhan sped through Demirci's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Utku Baldemir. In the 24th minute, Halil İbrahim Kandemir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute Ali Emir Hükümran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Utku Baldemir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, CEDRO SK's Akgün Başeski got control of the ball when Abbas Daman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Abbas Daman struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Akgün Başeski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Demirci. Vacid Akıncı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vacid Akıncı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Abbas Daman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Demirci's supporters rose to their feet, but Abbas Daman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Akgün Başeski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Akgün Başeski didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 43rd minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vacid Akıncı to make the kick off. Utku Baldemir made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Aşkın Seyhan sent off a good shot on target. Demirci's Utku Baldemir proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Demirci from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aşkın Seyhan got free with Utku Baldemir in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ali Emir Hükümran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Utku Baldemir having to interfere. Ali Emir Hükümran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tibet Soysal kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Aşkın Seyhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Utku Baldemir having to interfere. 2-2 became the score in the 76th minute when Ali Emir Hükümran elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Demirci's Utku Baldemir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Emir Hükümran in the 80th minute of play. Utku Baldemir stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ali Emir Hükümran's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. After having played for 92 minutes, Abbas Daman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Demirci's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abbas Daman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Demirci's Vacid Akıncı got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
