The audience thought a goal was coming when İskender Baki Sabi got free with Osman Ali Tokur in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 9 minutes into the game, Åsnes's İskender Baki Sabi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Osman Ali Tokur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. İskender Baki Sabi scored 2-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Osman Ali Tokur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. İskender Baki Sabi took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Osman Ali Tokur. Osman Ali Tokur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Tom Røise showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilgaz Taner, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After a rather tough play, demir idmanyurdu's Alan Barrionuevo got a free kick in the 45th minute. Osman Ali Tokur was a little too slow when İskender Baki Sabi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for İskender Baki Sabi to strike the kick off in the second half. İskender Baki Sabi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Osman Ali Tokur having to make a save. Osman Ali Tokur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İskender Baki Sabi in the 51st minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, İskender Baki Sabi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Osman Ali Tokur. demir idmanyurdu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that İskender Baki Sabi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. In the 65th minute, İskender Baki Sabi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Osman Ali Tokur was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. If Kılıçalp Ayçetin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fazıl Hüsnü Orkutay made in the 70th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Gazanfer Zeynur. Åsnes's İskender Baki Sabi got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in demir idmanyurdu's zone, İskender Baki Sabi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osman Ali Tokur came out of the goal and İskender Baki Sabi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. İskender Baki Sabi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Osman Ali Tokur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. In the 79thth minute of the game İskender Baki Sabi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but demir idmanyurdu's Osman Ali Tokur was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fazıl Hüsnü Orkutay got a throw-in 80 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Gazanfer Zeynur. A throw-in in the 81st minute of the game was made by Fazıl Hüsnü Orkutay with Gazanfer Zeynur as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Osman Ali Tokur didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from İskender Baki Sabi went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. After 87th play minutes İskender Baki Sabi shot 10-0, a short shot which went by Osman Ali Tokur and just under the crossbar into goal. Truls Roll received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Osman Ali Tokur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Osman Ali Tokur didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from İskender Baki Sabi went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. For all the effort they put into the match, the demir idmanyurdu players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Åsnes.
