When Oliver Gallberg fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Puskas United's protests and gave Oliver Gallberg a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Puskas United getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Oliver Gallberg hit a great ball. Karol Borowski took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arne Åkerberg. Arne Åkerberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Puskas United's Arne Åkerberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Puskas United from getting a goal against them. Arne Åkerberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Orlo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute Mariano Orlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Åkerberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute, Karol Borowski made a precise shot to the right of Arne Åkerberg. Puskas United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 24 minutes into the match, C. A. Potrero's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Ponte came free, but Emil Arendarski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th match minute, Puskas United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandre Ponte to maneuver through the defense. After 37 played minutes Puskas United got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Björnsson. Karol Borowski was extremely unlucky when he, in the 39th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 41st minute, Karol Borowski made a precise shot to the right of Arne Åkerberg. Puskas United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 46th minute, Karol Borowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arne Åkerberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Karol Borowski made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karol Borowski in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arne Åkerberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. During the 59th minute of the match Oliver Gallberg completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Oliver Gallberg a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. C. A. Potrero's Denis Escobar was substituted for Natalio Faron. A collision led to Puskas United getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Oliver Gallberg hit a great ball. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by C. A. Potrero's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jonatan Ivarsson was slow to take the kick. During this time Puskas United's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Jonatan Ivarsson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Emil Arendarski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Puskas United's Arne Åkerberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karol Borowski in the 68th minute of play. Arne Åkerberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Abarca in the 69th minute of the match. Jonatan Ivarsson lost his temper 74 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Puskas United fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 74th minute. Penalty! The referee gave C. A. Potrero a penalty, 76 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Humberto Meder, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Puskas United's Arne Åkerberg. 5-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alexandre Ponte in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emil Arendarski saved C. A. Potrero from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Alexandre Ponte's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emil Arendarski was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. In the 88th minute Karol Borowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Åkerberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Alexandre Ponte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute, Mauro Abarca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. C. A. Potrero had won after a very even match.
