After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Venancio Cidro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Central Norte de Salta's supporters rose to their feet, but Venancio Cidro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Wooster breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amadeus Carrizo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bhavin Pandya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Central Norte de Salta's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bhavin Pandya was slow to take the kick. During this time F. Nightingale Saviors's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to F. Nightingale Saviors's David Melling getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Danilo Tino in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Wooster saved F. Nightingale Saviors from getting behind. F. Nightingale Saviors's Bhavin Pandya got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bhavin Pandya in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amadeus Carrizo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Danilo Tino kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving David Wooster. That made the score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Melling in the 23rd minute of play forced Central Norte de Salta's goalkeeper Amadeus Carrizo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amadeus Carrizo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Melling, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. David Wooster showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danilo Tino in the 31st minute of the match. In the 35thth minute of the game David Melling who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Central Norte de Salta's Amadeus Carrizo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 38 minutes into the game, Nemesio Bitxintxo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Nightingale Saviors's John Flynn quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 40 minutes into the match, Central Norte de Salta's goal looked a bit too open when David Melling came free, but Amadeus Carrizo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute, Ralph Thompson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. John Flynn hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Bhavin Pandya made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Danilo Tino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Central Norte de Salta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Danilo Tino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Amadeus Carrizo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Houston, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the match, David Melling had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amadeus Carrizo. Central Norte de Salta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that David Melling was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 61st minute David Houston shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeus Carrizo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the last second Amadeus Carrizo throw himself and got hold of the ball when Bhavin Pandya in the 68thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After having played for 70 minutes, Stuart Knights managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F. Nightingale Saviors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stuart Knights was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 76th minute Danilo Tino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Wooster saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Danilo Tino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amadeus Carrizo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bhavin Pandya, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. With his leg Amadeus Carrizo managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when F. Nightingale Saviors's David Houston fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by Central Norte de Salta's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nightingale Saviors were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
