ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s Serafin Cesaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedito de Sousa in the 12th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Aaron Min threw the ball into play from the sideline. DONPATO's Benigno Dantae quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benedito de Sousa in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Serafin Cesaro saved ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. from getting behind. 26 minutes into the match, ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Benedito de Sousa came free, but Serafin Cesaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Benedito de Sousa came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the DONPATO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benedito de Sousa couldn't finish the play. DONPATO's Alkan Soysaltürk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save DONPATO from getting a goal against them. Edgardo Bauza kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After having played for 34 minutes, Manuel Cordarin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DONPATO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manuel Cordarin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Serafin Cesaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedito de Sousa in the 37th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juan Manuel Cruz got free with Alkan Soysaltürk in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 40th minute of the match ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. got a corner. DONPATO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aaron Min ran over to the corner to take the kick. Alkan Soysaltürk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nemesio Tximitx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 46 played minutes ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Queto Bull. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benedito de Sousa to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, DONPATO's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Manuel Cruz came free, but Alkan Soysaltürk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Emiliano Mikelar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Serafin Cesaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedito de Sousa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgardo Bauza charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgardo Bauza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of DONPATO booed when ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgardo Bauza didn't get a good kick on the ball. ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s Christian Bergqvist was substituted for Juan Manuel Cruz. ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. made a substitution. Fernando Bot replaced Aaron Min. Edgardo Bauza kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Benedito de Sousa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 75th minute Benedito de Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafin Cesaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. DONPATO's Desiderio Hitz was substituted for Uriel Clodio. Benedito de Sousa might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Serafin Cesaro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benedito de Sousa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 89th minute of the match, Benedito de Sousa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Serafin Cesaro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Alkan Soysaltürk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nemesio Tximitx in the 91st minute of play. Christian Bergqvist struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Alkan Soysaltürk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.. DONPATO's Benedito de Sousa got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of DONPATO for a fine match.
