If Froilan Martino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juan Cannone in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tobias Elizardo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lorenzo Maxin kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Edgard Felipillo was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Froilan Martino capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Froilan Martino really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. A collision led to Sarmiento de Resistencia getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Gualterio Peli hit a great ball. Sarmiento de Resistencia's attentive Hector Sarmiento managed to snatch the ball when Lorenzo Maxin made a throw-in in the 21st minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Sarmiento de Resistencia's Froilan Martino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edgard Felipillo. The wind increased when Juan Cannone made the kick off in the second half. Singlar Club FC's Edgard Felipillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Froilan Martino in the 53rd minute of play. Singlar Club FC's Lorenzo Maxin got his second yellow card of the match in the 54th minute. The referee ordered Lorenzo Maxin off the ground. Froilan Martino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgard Felipillo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Juan Cannone in the 57thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Sarmiento de Resistencia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Singlar Club FC the free kick. The supporters of Singlar Club FC booed when Sarmiento de Resistencia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position.
