Sakarias Nordstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute, Strib Galacticos IF's Felix Fanøe ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Edgar Finsberg. Edgar Finsberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felix Fanøe in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgar Finsberg saved FC Karlskoga from getting behind. Pedro Nyaa kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sakarias Nordstedt in the 14th minute of play forced Strib Galacticos IF's goalkeeper Janich Sodborg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sven-Edvin Isaksson hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Karlskoga's zone, Felix Fanøe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Finsberg came out of the goal and Felix Fanøe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Strib Galacticos IF's Pedro Nyaa got a free kick in the 18th minute. Edgar Finsberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Fanøe in the 22nd minute of the match. With a little luck, FC Karlskoga's Edgar Finsberg got control of the ball when Felix Fanøe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sonny Tirsberg struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Edgar Finsberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Strib Galacticos IF. 29 minutes into the match, Strib Galacticos IF's Felix Fanøe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edgar Finsberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sonny Tirsberg in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgar Finsberg saved FC Karlskoga from getting behind. After 35 minutes FC Karlskoga's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Carlos Berbiz who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Strib Galacticos IF's corner Cai Guang fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Edgar Finsberg quite easily take care of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Karlskoga's zone, Johnny Eliasen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Finsberg came out of the goal and Johnny Eliasen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sonny Tirsberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Finsberg having to interfere. Felix Fanøe might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edgar Finsberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felix Fanøe ran back to his position shaking his head. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Sonny Tirsberg made the kick off in the second half. Tuta Torres's late challenge caught a Strib Galacticos IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tuta Torres helped the player get up and apologised. In the 51st minute, Tuta Torres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 52nd minute, Felix Fanøe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgar Finsberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 57th match minute, Strib Galacticos IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robbin Moreaux to maneuver through the defense. Felix Fanøe struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Edgar Finsberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Strib Galacticos IF. Strib Galacticos IF's Felix Fanøe got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 72 minutes into the match, Felix Fanøe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edgar Finsberg. FC Karlskoga's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felix Fanøe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Strib Galacticos IF's Peter Östensson was substituted for Alin Sima. After some careless play in the FC Karlskoga defense, Felix Fanøe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edgar Finsberg. The FC Karlskoga fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edgar Finsberg should have stopped the shot. FC Karlskoga made a substitution. Sonny Algren replaced Tuta Torres. After a rather tough play, Strib Galacticos IF's Muhammad Schiffmann got a free kick in the 85th minute. Edgar Finsberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Fanøe, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Strib Galacticos IF's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
