After a rather tough play, Barrenta SC's Umberto Trigo got a free kick in the 6th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as MAZER SAF's Igor Coronado slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Allan Félix. That made the score 1-0 after 29 minutes of play. Umberto Trigo hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. If Igor Coronado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute, Celsinho da Silveira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Allan Félix was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Igor Coronado to strike the kick off in the second half. Allan Félix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yuri Alberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute Igor Coronado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Allan Félix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 63 minutes, Igor Coronado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MAZER SAF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Igor Coronado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to MAZER SAF getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Yuri Alberto hit a great ball. When Valdomiro Amorim fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MAZER SAF's protests and gave Valdomiro Amorim a yellow card for diving instead. The Barrenta SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Allan Félix should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yuri Alberto in the 96th minute of play forced Barrenta SC's goalkeeper Allan Félix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. MAZER SAF fully deserved thier win.
