In the 12th match minute, LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Níels Skakkebæk to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by João Matos from long distance, 13 minutes into the match, got Christophe Pourre's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Adan Lizer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milan Froněk, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After a defensive mix-up in LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's zone, Cristobal Abadia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 45 minutes into the match, Mudquin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Noureddine Sanchis came free, but Adan Lizer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfredo Eztebe kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Adan Lizer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Noureddine Sanchis in the 47th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Cristobal Abadia made the kick off in the second half. Nelson Rufino made in the 51st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Mudquin FC's Alfredo Eztebe.
