Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Los Muchachos del 86's Saverio Brion started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alvaro Castel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vicente Santana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roland Delbridge read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Los Muchachos del 86's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Santana came free, but Roland Delbridge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute, Vicente Santana ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roland Delbridge was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Hugo Orlando Gatti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asiz Soon in the 16th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ricardo-Enrique Bochini got free with Hugo Orlando Gatti in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Asiz Soon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 22 minutes Los Muchachos del 86's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Vicente Pernia who took care of the corner kick. Vicente Santana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aquiles Cordero kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. The long shot by Cristian Urtzi in the 30th minute really tested Hugo Orlando Gatti's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Vicente Santana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roland Delbridge came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Consejo del Mate's Alvaro Castel. But to his dismay, Alvaro Castel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Hugo Orlando Gatti successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 42nd minute, Vicente Santana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Consejo del Mate fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Beto Márcico made in the 45th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Asiz Soon immediately put the ball in play. Roland Delbridge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Santana in the 46th minute of play.

Consejo del Mate's Cayetano Sagrario was substituted for Vicente Pernia. The wind increased when Vicente Santana made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Los Muchachos del 86 getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Asiz Soon hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Vicente Santana could shoot a difficult shot in the 54th minute, which Roland Delbridge however easily saved by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Honorato Zambujal during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Consejo del Mate getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Honorato Zambujal hit a great ball. Ladislao Gombal made in the 60th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Asiz Soon. Asiz Soon struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Hugo Orlando Gatti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Muchachos del 86. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Vicente Santana managed to get in a good position for a shot. Consejo del Mate's supporters rose to their feet, but Vicente Santana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roland Delbridge breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hugo Orlando Gatti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo-Enrique Bochini in the 65th minute of play. The supporters of Consejo del Mate booed when Los Muchachos del 86 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albino Peruanton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Los Muchachos del 86's Bernardino Bernal was substituted for Ricardo-Enrique Bochini. Los Muchachos del 86 made a substitution. Vinicio Eliu replaced Saverio Brion. The supporters of Consejo del Mate booed when Los Muchachos del 86 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Roland Delbridge, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinicio Eliu, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute of the match Los Muchachos del 86 got a corner. Consejo del Mate's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cristian Urtzi ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vinicio Eliu in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugo Orlando Gatti saved Consejo del Mate from getting behind. 87 minutes into the match, Consejo del Mate's goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Eliu came free, but Hugo Orlando Gatti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Los Muchachos del 86's Vinicio Eliu in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Consejo del Mate's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vinicio Eliu in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugo Orlando Gatti saved Consejo del Mate from getting behind. Vinicio Eliu might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hugo Orlando Gatti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vinicio Eliu ran back to his position shaking his head. Roland Delbridge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Castel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Consejo del Mate's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
