The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sivert Hurtig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hüsmen Akbulut in the 6th minute of the match. Hüsmen Akbulut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sivert Hurtig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hüsmen Akbulut in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, G A I S's Matthias Bern sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benjamin Ivens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Remigio Batista struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Sivert Hurtig didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine. In the 15th minute Remigio Batista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sivert Hurtig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjamin Ivens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthias Bern, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matthias Bern in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benjamin Ivens saved B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine from getting behind. After 18 minutes, Matthias Bern made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine's Benjamin Ivens tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Hüsmen Akbulut managed to get in a good position for a shot. B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine's supporters rose to their feet, but Hüsmen Akbulut was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sivert Hurtig breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Baturay Baltaş might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benjamin Ivens. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Baturay Baltaş ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in G A I S's zone, Hüsmen Akbulut stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sivert Hurtig came out of the goal and Hüsmen Akbulut tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 40th minute Remigio Batista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sivert Hurtig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sivert Hurtig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ömer Benice, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. A collision led to B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Ömer Benice hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hüsmen Akbulut stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthias Bern in the 52nd minute of play forced B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine's goalkeeper Benjamin Ivens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine's Necaettin Niyaz got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Remigio Batista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sivert Hurtig having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Hüsmen Akbulut dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sivert Hurtig, 1-1. Eser Arabacıoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 64 minutes into the match, B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine's goal looked a bit too open when Matthias Bern came free, but Benjamin Ivens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Hüsmen Akbulut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 69 minutes into the match, G A I S's goalkeeper Sivert Hurtig had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hüsmen Akbulut. After a rather tough play, G A I S's Baturay Baltaş got a free kick in the 75th minute. B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine made a substitution. Gürbüz Böke replaced Necaettin Niyaz. B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine's Erenay Sargan was substituted for Erol Togay. After a rather tough play, G A I S's Baturay Baltaş got a free kick in the 76th minute. A hard shot by Erenay Sargan from long distance, 77 minutes into the match, got Sivert Hurtig's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 79 minutes into the match, Matthias Bern had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benjamin Ivens. B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matthias Bern was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 82 minutes into the match, G A I S's goalkeeper Sivert Hurtig had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kerem Baybora. Sivert Hurtig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hüsmen Akbulut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after G A I S's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Erenay Sargan took the corner. Matthias Bern scored 3-1 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benjamin Ivens, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A sloppy throw-in by Önder Ünlü in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine's Sancar Gazel. G A I S's Sivert Hurtig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigio Batista in the 93rd minute of play. G A I S were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine for a fine match.
