Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Jamel Boyd started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 6th minute, Darius Seals left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The S.D. Bajen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Zé Pedro Ribeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Felder having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Paulo Castro in the 13th minute of play forced S.D. Bajen's goalkeeper Rafael Felder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Frank Meyer fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S.D. Bajen's protests and gave Frank Meyer a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, S.D. Bajen's Frank Meyer got a free kick in the 13th minute. After 15 played minutes Montevideo got a freekick which was hit by José Carlos Nunes. In the 17th minute, S.D. Bajen's Jamel Boyd dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Jamel Boyd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Montevideo booed when S.D. Bajen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lane Berg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Renan Barbosa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Montevideo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Frank Meyer took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Almir de Sena to make any attempt to save it. Almir de Sena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jamel Boyd in the 30th minute. José Carlos Nunes hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Frank Meyer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Almir de Sena made a huge save. After 35 minutes, Zé Pedro Ribeiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Montevideo and the S.D. Bajen players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Montevideo's Zé Pedro Ribeiro got a free kick in the 36th minute. Alfredão Maia kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, João Paulo Castro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rafael Felder was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Darius Seals could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Almir de Sena made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The wind increased when João Paulo Castro made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Montevideo defense, Jamel Boyd kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Almir de Sena. The Montevideo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Almir de Sena should have stopped the shot. S.D. Bajen's Frank Meyer got his second yellow card of the match in the 55th minute. The referee ordered Frank Meyer off the ground. Frank Meyer hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Rafael Felder made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when João Paulo Castro sent off a good shot on target. 60 minutes into the match, S.D. Bajen's goal looked a bit too open when Renan Barbosa came free, but Rafael Felder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jamel Boyd scored 5-2 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Almir de Sena, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of S.D. Bajen booed when Montevideo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dagoberto Loyola didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 68 minutes, Renan Barbosa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Montevideo and the S.D. Bajen players grew even worse after the yellow card. Renan Barbosa hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when João Paulo Castro got free with Rafael Felder in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 71 minutes into the game, Jamel Boyd was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. S.D. Bajen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Montevideo the free kick. In the 71st match minute, S.D. Bajen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jamel Boyd to maneuver through the defense. João Paulo Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Rafael Felder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Jamel Boyd made a precise shot to the right of Almir de Sena. Montevideo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-2. A collision led to Montevideo getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Deivid Barbosa hit a great ball. Almir de Sena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lane Berg, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Almir de Sena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jamel Boyd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Alberto Dias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Rafael Felder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. S.D. Bajen were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Montevideo for a fine match.
