Shao Xi came out of the goal and Leonardo Pisculichi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aqil Mövsümov to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the game, FrenaHayBache's Veijo Kattilakoski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Antonio Sengrat made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Antonio Sengrat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FrenaHayBache's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ψ virgen Ψ the free kick. A collision led to FrenaHayBache getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Paolo Ortle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Shao Xi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play.
