To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 11th minute, Danny Numan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Antonio Roma was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Los Golosos's Roberto Mouzo got his second yellow card of the match in the 15th minute. The referee ordered Roberto Mouzo off the ground. After 15 played minutes Los Golosos got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Mouzo. A hard shot 16 in the game by Ronald Sándor from a close distance when the talented Antonio Roma managed to make a qualified save. Los Golosos's players were relieved.
