Orlando Nogueira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Utopía Muerta FC's Severo Bermudo in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AKI CORINTHIANS's goalie prevented a goal. Utopía Muerta FC were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after AKI CORINTHIANS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Anier Johans took the corner. Mano Hume made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vânderson Castro in the 10th minute of play. Orlando Nogueira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Severo Bermudo went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Utopía Muerta FC's Mano Hume played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albino Ibar in the 21st minute of play. In the 24th minute of the match Utopía Muerta FC got a corner. AKI CORINTHIANS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Anier Johans ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 27 played minutes Utopía Muerta FC got a freekick which was hit by Fermin Martinez. When Utopía Muerta FC's Severo Bermudo in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AKI CORINTHIANS's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Utopía Muerta FC booed when AKI CORINTHIANS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vânderson Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 40 minutes of play, Utopía Muerta FC's Severo Bermudo made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orlando Nogueira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Orlando Nogueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severo Bermudo in the 43rd minute of play. After 43 played minutes AKI CORINTHIANS got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Brasil. After the first half Utopía Muerta FC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Albino Ibar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind AKI CORINTHIANS's goalkeeper Orlando Nogueira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Severo Bermudo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Orlando Nogueira having to make a save. With a little luck, AKI CORINTHIANS's Orlando Nogueira got control of the ball when Severo Bermudo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 55th minute Severo Bermudo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlando Nogueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Severo Bermudo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Orlando Nogueira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. After 58 minutes AKI CORINTHIANS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Anier Johans who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Zdeněk Kozlík heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. AKI CORINTHIANS's Orlando Nogueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zdeněk Kozlík in the 58th minute of play. A collision led to Utopía Muerta FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Francisco Suero hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the match, AKI CORINTHIANS's goal looked a bit too open when Severo Bermudo came free, but Orlando Nogueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Severo Bermudo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, AKI CORINTHIANS's Orlando Nogueira got control of the ball when Severo Bermudo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Orlando Nogueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severo Bermudo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orlando Nogueira came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Utopía Muerta FC's Severo Bermudo. But to his dismay, Severo Bermudo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Utopía Muerta FC made a substitution. Alp Kaya replaced Anier Johans. AKI CORINTHIANS's attentive Albino Ibar managed to snatch the ball when David Brás made a throw-in in the 75th minute of the game. Orlando Nogueira was out of position in the 77 minute of play, and Ramón Furtado capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ramón Furtado really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramón Furtado got free with Orlando Nogueira in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Orlando Nogueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramón Furtado in the 82nd minute of the match. Fermin Martinez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Orlando Nogueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Utopía Muerta FC's Ramón Furtado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Orlando Nogueira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 87thth minute of the game Ramón Furtado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AKI CORINTHIANS's Orlando Nogueira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Orlando Nogueira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramón Furtado's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. When Utopía Muerta FC's Ramón Furtado in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AKI CORINTHIANS's goalie prevented a goal. After 92 played minutes AKI CORINTHIANS got a freekick which was hit by Paredes Fortes. Ramón Furtado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Orlando Nogueira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. When the match was over Utopía Muerta FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than AKI CORINTHIANS throughout the match.
