Diablofaryd F.C.'s Wagner Kill got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Salvador Urki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mai Jian Xi in the 25th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wagner Kill in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Artur Boruc prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 29th match minute, Markowy Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mai Jian Xi to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Diablofaryd F.C. getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Gaston Bingen hit a great ball. Wagner Kill's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Artur Boruc read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Markowy Team's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Wagner Kill was slow to take the kick. During this time Diablofaryd F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mai Jian Xi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Mai Jian Xi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Urki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Diablofaryd F.C.'s zone, Yu Yong Mo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salvador Urki came out of the goal and Yu Yong Mo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Diablofaryd F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Markowy Team.
