Matías Prado charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Matías Prado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Matías Prado kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Marcelinho Soares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano Paraibano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute Rondinone F.C - FDFDF were awarded a corner. Adriano Paraibano went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Alberto Freire almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Imbituba - FSCMZ's Marcelinho Soares did a great save. Nico Rodrigues hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pedro Varela during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 20 played minutes Imbituba - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Varela. Chiquinho Neto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Marcelinho Soares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the game, Imbituba - FSCMZ's Renan da Fonseca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nicolas Cardozo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 28th minute Cesinha Vieira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Cardozo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Renan da Fonseca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Nicolas Cardozo made a huge save. Renan da Fonseca received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nicolas Cardozo came out and tried to block the shot, but Renan da Fonseca slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 35th minute. In the 40th minute of the match Imbituba - FSCMZ got a corner. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Renan da Fonseca ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Frederico Britto heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After 43 minutes, Valdomiro Guerra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rondinone F.C - FDFDF and the Imbituba - FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Valdomiro Guerra got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After some careless play in the Rondinone F.C - FDFDF defense, Renan da Fonseca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicolas Cardozo. The Rondinone F.C - FDFDF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicolas Cardozo should have stopped the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cesinha Vieira to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 58thth minute of the game Renan da Fonseca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Nicolas Cardozo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Renan da Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Nicolas Cardozo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 65 played minutes Rondinone F.C - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Walmyr Sarmento. Renan da Fonseca, 66 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Renan da Fonseca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicolas Cardozo. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Renan da Fonseca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF made a substitution. Isaltino Tande replaced Alberto Freire. Daniel Alcântara hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Nicolas Cardozo came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Imbituba - FSCMZ's Renan da Fonseca. But to his dismay, Renan da Fonseca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renan da Fonseca in the 85th minute of play forced Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's goalkeeper Nicolas Cardozo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adriano Paraibano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelinho Soares having to interfere. Daniel Alcântara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Marcelinho Soares made a huge save. In the 91st minute, Jailson Alves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Imbituba - FSCMZ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Rondinone F.C - FDFDF for a fine match.
