Fetiyerd's Montes Quevedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Fetiyerd from getting a goal against them. Arnoldo Ramirez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Rekin in the 30th minute of play. The supporters of Concepcion del Uruguay FC booed when Fetiyerd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Alcaraz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd minute, Luis Rekin made a precise shot to the right of Arnoldo Ramirez. Concepcion del Uruguay FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luis Rekin in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnoldo Ramirez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Concepcion del Uruguay FC's Cristobal Donio was substituted for Elias Barbosa. Concepcion del Uruguay FC's Domingo Oliverios was substituted for Clemente Ferrando. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Genaro Bonifaco was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Fetiyerd's zone, Angel Vidal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Montes Quevedo came out of the goal and Angel Vidal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fetiyerd's Montes Quevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genaro Bonifaco in the 62nd minute of play. In the 65th minute Marcelo Figueroa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Montes Quevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnoldo Ramirez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Rekin in the 66th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Fetiyerd's zone, Cristobal Donio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Montes Quevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Bonifaco in the 76th minute of play. After 77 minutes of play, Fetiyerd's Luis Rekin made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnoldo Ramirez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Remigio Cisco made in the 88th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Fetiyerd's Delmar Santalla.
