A collision led to LTA FC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Ambrosio Ikatz hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, LTA FC's Rodrigo Quintan got a free kick in the 4th minute. After 9 played minutes LTA FC got a freekick which was hit by Gregorio Castulo. 13 minutes into the match, LTA FC's goalkeeper Arsenio Maiorga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mario Tipi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Tipi in the 15th minute of play forced LTA FC's goalkeeper Arsenio Maiorga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Eustaquio Tiadoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 21 minutes into the match, LTA FC's goalkeeper Arsenio Maiorga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wilfredo Igon. Tomás Maule showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Palermo in the 22nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eustaquio Tiadoro in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arsenio Maiorga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eustaquio Tiadoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Arsenio Maiorga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rodrigo Quintan to strike the kick off in the second half. Arsenio Maiorga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Tiadoro in the 68th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Tomás Maule successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Bendito Sea El Fernet's Tomás Maule proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Bendito Sea El Fernet from getting a goal against them. Martin Palermo came free with the goalkeeper in the 79th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tomás Maule could save by the left post. After 88 played minutes Bendito Sea El Fernet got a freekick which was hit by Wilfredo Igon. Gervasio Ikatz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Tomás Maule made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Bendito Sea El Fernet's Cosme Mikelar got a free kick in the 94th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the LTA FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Bendito Sea El Fernet.
