The crowd rose to their feet as Stian Aarflot kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ramón Abreu. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. Ramón Abreu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adam Wielowiejski in the 10th minute. Tarada's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Piotrek Zielinski in the 15th minute. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tarada's goalkeeper Henrick Zeier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bruno Scibilia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrick Zeier having to interfere. Henrick Zeier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrea Tofani in the 26th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arthur Hengemühl got free with Ramón Abreu in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. PomeziaRamblers's Bruno Scibilia was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Henrick Zeier in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ramón Abreu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stian Aarflot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes in the game, Stian Aarflot dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After 71 minutes of play, Tarada's Serge Jeanneret made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ramón Abreu was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the PomeziaRamblers defense, Stian Aarflot kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ramón Abreu. The PomeziaRamblers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ramón Abreu should have stopped the shot. PomeziaRamblers's Biagio Pavlu was substituted for Nils Øvstebø. In the 82nd minute Metin Tekin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrick Zeier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Tarada fans cheered their team off the field, for while PomeziaRamblers had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
