The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Westbam booed when 20 de Março FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valério Duarte didn't get a good kick on the ball. Barnaba Banan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valério Duarte in the 7th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustaw Pisarczyk in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isaltino Paes saved 20 de Março FC from getting behind. Westbam's Barnaba Banan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Mendes in the 10th minute of play. Barnaba Banan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo da Mata in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute Valério Duarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barnaba Banan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Barnaba Banan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Diego Cardozo went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Gustaw Czeszejko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustaw Czeszejko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaltino Paes having to interfere. Rafal Dula's late challenge caught a 20 de Março FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafal Dula helped the player get up and apologised. After 23 played minutes Westbam got a freekick which was hit by Rafal Dula. Westbam's Barnaba Banan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Cardozo in the 26th minute of play. Barnaba Banan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valério Duarte went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After the first half 20 de Março FC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 52nd match minute, Westbam was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustaw Czeszejko to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Westbam's Barnaba Banan got control of the ball when Pedro Luiz de Brito tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Luiz de Brito got free with Barnaba Banan in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Caio de Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. 20 de Março FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Caio de Azevedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Barnaba Banan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Luiz de Brito in the 94th minute of the match. Isaltino Paes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaw Pisarczyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle sounded 20 de Março FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Westbam.
