The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Rathmore Lime Tree's goal looked a bit too open when Raphael Paraense came free, but Alix Geoffray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th minute Luiz Fabiano Vidal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alix Geoffray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute, Luiz Fabiano Vidal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alix Geoffray was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 10th minute, Ahmet Yahya Burçak made a precise shot to the right of Alix Geoffray. Rathmore Lime Tree's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Alix Geoffray made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodri Gol in the 13th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Yahya Burçak in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alix Geoffray prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alix Geoffray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Yahya Burçak, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Ahmet Yahya Burçak took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alix Geoffray. Alix Geoffray dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Rathmore Lime Tree's Alix Geoffray played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodri Gol in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, Erwann Bray was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rathmore Lime Tree's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Abutres 2003 FDP the free kick. In the 38th minute, Ahmet Yahya Burçak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alix Geoffray was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 41st minute Ahmet Yahya Burçak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alix Geoffray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Abutres 2003 FDP were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Toufik Loir stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Ahmet Yahya Burçak kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alix Geoffray. That made the score 0-6 in the 54 minute of play. Raphael Paraense received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alix Geoffray came out and tried to block the shot, but Raphael Paraense slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 59th minute. Emmanuel Hinojosa kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Benjamin Loth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Rathmore Lime Tree's Gilbert Cosson got a free kick in the 64th minute. After 67 minutes of play, Rathmore Lime Tree's Benjamin Loth made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan Figlewski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alix Geoffray came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Abutres 2003 FDP's Raphael Paraense. But to his dismay, Raphael Paraense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-8. If Luiz Fabiano Vidal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute, Abutres 2003 FDP's Luiz Fabiano Vidal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alix Geoffray. Alix Geoffray yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-9. Alix Geoffray didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ahmet Yahya Burçak went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-10 was the resulting score. After having played for 84 minutes, Luiz Fabiano Vidal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Abutres 2003 FDP's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Fabiano Vidal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85th match minute, Rathmore Lime Tree was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilbert Cosson to maneuver through the defense. In the 89thth minute of the game Luiz Fabiano Vidal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rathmore Lime Tree's Alix Geoffray was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Abutres 2003 FDP's Luiz Fabiano Vidal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alix Geoffray narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Rathmore Lime Tree's Alix Geoffray got control of the ball when Luiz Fabiano Vidal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Abutres 2003 FDP's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
