Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) S.S.C. NAPOLI's Alvaro Lupi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Stan Eversden recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fulvio Muzzolon's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Alvaro Pardini firmly grabbed it by the left post. Achille Albanesi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Duarte Coelho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute Niccolo Zaniolo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Achille Albanesi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alvaro Pardini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Lupi in the 17th minute of play. Fabrício Carmo hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Teodor Cãpraru hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. S.S.C. NAPOLI's Achille Albanesi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yağız Ergünay in the 28th minute of play. After 36 played minutes Foot Ball Club di Roma got a freekick which was hit by Biagio Scoca. Alvaro Lupi kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After 41 played minutes S.S.C. NAPOLI got a freekick which was hit by Fulvio Muzzolon. 45 minutes into the match, S.S.C. NAPOLI's goal looked a bit too open when Duarte Coelho came free, but Achille Albanesi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Niccolo Zaniolo made a kick off. Fulvio Grande struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Alvaro Pardini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.S.C. NAPOLI. If Fulvio Grande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 54thth minute of the game Alvaro Lupi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Foot Ball Club di Roma's Alvaro Pardini was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alvaro Pardini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Lupi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the game, S.S.C. NAPOLI's Alvaro Lupi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alvaro Pardini made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Foot Ball Club di Roma's Gianluca Mancini got a free kick in the 57th minute. Alvaro Pardini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Lupi in the 59th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Lupi in the 60th minute of play forced Foot Ball Club di Roma's goalkeeper Alvaro Pardini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, S.S.C. NAPOLI's Fulvio Grande got a free kick in the 61st minute. A hard shot 63 in the game by Niccolo Zaniolo from a close distance when the talented Achille Albanesi managed to make a qualified save. S.S.C. NAPOLI's players were relieved. Martin Österlund kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Fulvio Muzzolon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Pardini having to interfere. Aurelio Vinciguerra hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 72nd match minute, Foot Ball Club di Roma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Vinciguerra to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the match, Foot Ball Club di Roma's goal looked a bit too open when Fabrício Carmo came free, but Alvaro Pardini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. S.S.C. NAPOLI were awarded a corner in the 74th minute after Foot Ball Club di Roma's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fabrício Carmo took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Fabrício Carmo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alvaro Pardini quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Alvaro Pardini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Lupi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tartalo Bazquez's late challenge caught a S.S.C. NAPOLI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tartalo Bazquez helped the player get up and apologised. Tartalo Bazquez kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Foot Ball Club di Roma's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Lupi came free, but Alvaro Pardini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, S.S.C. Alvaro Pardini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Lupi in the 93rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Biagio Scoca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Foot Ball Club di Roma's supporters rose to their feet, but Biagio Scoca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Achille Albanesi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. S.S.C. NAPOLI's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
