After a rather tough play, Riemannian's Ferrer Acha got a free kick in the 15th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Riemannian's goal looked a bit too open when Todd Griffiths came free, but Valerio Quintanilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Riemannian's Xesc Rallo in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Heavenly Hooters's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conan Seward in the 31st minute of play forced Riemannian's goalkeeper Valerio Quintanilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Heavenly Hooters's goal looked a bit too open when Chico Campos came free, but Robbie Southgate reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xesc Rallo got free with Robbie Southgate in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leo Bean stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Xesc Rallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Riemannian fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when Riemannian's Chico Campos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Xesc Rallo struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Robbie Southgate didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Riemannian. The supporters of Heavenly Hooters booed when Riemannian was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvano Sánchez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Robbie Southgate showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chico Campos, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Valerio Quintanilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Bean in the 70th minute of play. Xesc Rallo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Robbie Southgate having to make a save. In the 75th minute Xesc Rallo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robbie Southgate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Heavenly Hooters made a substitution. A nice corner shot did that Franco Jofre got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Robbie Southgate quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Riemannian fans cheered their team off the field, for while Heavenly Hooters had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
