Maciej Harbaszewski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcial Lordi having to make a save. Marcial Lordi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedykt Jandryca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benedykt Jandryca kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 24th minute of the match Domingo Remigio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jan Pazura skillfully saved the ball. In the 26th match minute, RIVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingo Remigio to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Dariusz Rydz in the 27th minute really tested Marcial Lordi's skills. Sosnowiec players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. RIVER were winning 1-2.

In the 61st play minute Augusto Lluques came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jan Pazura. 1-5. The audience was convinced that Augusto Lluques's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jan Pazura was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Augusto Lluques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 70 minutes into the match, F.C. Sosnowiec's Maciej Harbaszewski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcial Lordi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 73 minutes into the match, F.C. Augusto Lluques could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Jan Pazura made a huge save. 96 minutes into the match, Eric Târban dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jan Pazura, 1-8. The F.C. Sosnowiec fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. RIVER were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
