A wasted opportunity for Atlético Patoruzu. 20 minutes into the match, Valentim Leão notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC Montana's Hektor Dino. Hektor Dino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 26 minutes into the match, Atlético Patoruzu's goalkeeper Aldo Hawk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Patricio Aurre. Aldo Hawk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Aurre, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualterio Aguirre in the 29th minute of play forced FC Montana's goalkeeper Hektor Dino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute Ahmet Seyfi Serdinç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Hawk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Patricio Aurre managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Montana's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Aurre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aldo Hawk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gualterio Aguirre to make the kick off. FC Montana's defense didn't have a chance, in the 51st minute, when Gualterio Aguirre scored to the left of an out of position Hektor Dino, making the score, 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valentim Leão got free with Hektor Dino in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcelo-Luis Butcher who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Hektor Dino when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Hektor Dino made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Marcelo-Luis Butcher sent off a good shot on target. After 91 played minutes FC Montana got a freekick which was hit by Baykal Gulabi. Hektor Dino acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 92nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Rufus Webb. A collision led to FC Montana getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Onuralp Özertan hit a great ball. The long shot by Moreno Torricelli in the 94th minute really tested Hektor Dino's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 95 minutes into the game, Baykal Gulabi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Montana's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atlético Patoruzu the free kick. Moreno Torricelli took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hektor Dino. FC Montana's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The FC Montana fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Atlético Patoruzu were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
