In the 6th minute of the match La Pantera Azulgrana got a corner. Mainumby's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Denis Fidele ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Denis Fidele almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mainumby's Guaberto Cucao did a great save. Adan Gonza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Roldanillo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adan Gonza in the 12th minute of play forced La Pantera Azulgrana's goalkeeper Aquilino Roldanillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonatan Heriberto made a great header on Mainumby's corner, it was just that La Pantera Azulgrana's Aquilino Roldanillo managed to reach the ball for a save. Bob Marley showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0.

Mainumby's Justino Estavan was substituted for Atilano Macias. In the 76th minute, Justino Estavan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute, Bob Marley ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guaberto Cucao was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. 85 minutes into the match, La Pantera Azulgrana's Bob Marley sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guaberto Cucao narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Guaberto Cucao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bob Marley in the 86th minute of the match. La Pantera Azulgrana's Mati Suárez got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ladislao Serafo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 95 minutes into the match, La Pantera Azulgrana's Bob Marley sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guaberto Cucao narrowly saved just below the crossbar. La Pantera Azulgrana were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Mainumby for a fine match.
