In the 8th minute, Christian Ashford left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Christian Ashford took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adrian Brander. Adrian Brander dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 18 minutes into the match, Sundens BK's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Christobal came free, but Adrian Brander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. András Tóth made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Gunnar Wennerqvist sent off a good shot on target. András Tóth was a little too slow when Ludwig Björk got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 1-2. 33 minutes into the match, Arturo Christobal notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Sundens BK's Adrian Brander. Adrian Brander was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 35 minutes into the game, StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Arturo Christobal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adrian Brander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. András Tóth made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Gunnar Wennerqvist sent off a good shot on target. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's András Tóth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 from getting a goal against them. Christian Ashford scored 1-7 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adrian Brander, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 1-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fred Söderlund was the one to do the kick off. András Tóth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fred Söderlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denis Ruy scored 1-8 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adrian Brander, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Efe Gökçek lost his temper 62 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Sundens BK's Adrian Brander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Sundens BK from getting a goal against them. The supporters of StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 booed when Sundens BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fred Söderlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christian Ashford got free with Adrian Brander in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adrian Brander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Christobal in the 75th minute of play. Sundens BK's Adrian Brander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Sundens BK from getting a goal against them. Pastor Rexino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Brander having to interfere. Adrian Brander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Christobal in the 83rd minute of play. A collision led to Sundens BK getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's András Tóth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludwig Björk in the 86th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Sundens BK's zone, Delmiro Valente stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adrian Brander came out of the goal and Delmiro Valente tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 89 minutes, Christian Ashford mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 and the Sundens BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 89th match minute, StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Ashford to maneuver through the defense.
