Tristan Henzmann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Denis Horan made a huge save. Harriet Tubman Chariots's Denis Horan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Harriet Tubman Chariots from getting a goal against them. Rico Meyer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Keith Lazarus, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Tristan Henzmanns short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Denis Horan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 31st minute Keith Lazarus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rico Meyer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denis Horan didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 35th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tristan Henzmann got free with Denis Horan in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 43 minutes into the game, Tristan Henzmann recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Denis Horan. Tristan Henzmann showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Salomo Zehnder received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Denis Horan came out and tried to block the shot, but Salomo Zehnder slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 46th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 55th minute, Daniel Clyde made a precise shot to the right of Rico Meyer. Brenles FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. The supporters of Brenles FC booed when Harriet Tubman Chariots was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Clyde didn't get a good kick on the ball. Harriet Tubman Chariots's Denis Horan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alix Müller in the 60th minute of play. Raul Hachée fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Horan having to interfere. Denis Horan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salomo Zehnder in the 67th minute of play. When David Bleasdale fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Harriet Tubman Chariots's protests and gave David Bleasdale a yellow card for diving instead.
