With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kauã Brodel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 15 minutes, Toni Godinho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. U21 Angola's supporters crossed their fingers, but Toni Godinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Toni Godinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kauã Brodel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toni Godinho in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Leripe Lifestyle's goalkeeper Kauã Brodel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Toni Godinho. During the 23rd minute of the match Doriva Dionísio completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Doriva Dionísio a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Leripe Lifestyle's Doriva Dionísio got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 26th minute, Ernani Fernandes made a precise shot to the right of Magno Mendes. U21 Angola's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Magno Mendes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Hermes in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute Ernani Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magno Mendes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Toni Godinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of U21 Angola booed when Leripe Lifestyle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manfredo Capixaba didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Toni Godinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 46 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Leripe Lifestyle! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The Leripe Lifestyle players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented U21 Angola from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
