In the 11thth minute of the game Ignacio Mendiko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Nacional's Cipriano Virila was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 15 minutes into the match, ISAÍAS's goalkeeper Luizão Alves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucas Beltran. A hard shot 20 in the game by Paolo Ramkisson from a close distance when the talented Luizão Alves managed to make a qualified save. ISAÍAS's players were relieved. Cipriano Virila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabio Castro, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. ISAÍAS's Luizão Alves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save ISAÍAS from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Castro in the 24th minute of play forced FC Nacional's goalkeeper Cipriano Virila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ISAÍAS's Luizão Alves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save ISAÍAS from getting a goal against them. Fabio Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, FC Nacional's Güray Altunışık dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 45th minute of the match Enrique Rayman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luizão Alves showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 47th minute, Fernando Beila reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luizão Alves. The goal made the score 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ignacio Mendiko made a kick off. In the 62nd minute, Luis Ayala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Bertie Wolfe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Fabio Castro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cipriano Virila was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. 70 minutes into the match, ISAÍAS's Ignacio Mendiko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cipriano Virila narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 71st minute of the match ISAÍAS got a corner. FC Nacional's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eliseo Esiquio ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led ISAÍAS's Eliseo Esiquio to fire away a dangerous shot which Cipriano Virila despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Cipriano Virila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabio Castro in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Michael Ekenberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 76 minutes into the match, ISAÍAS's goal looked a bit too open when Güray Altunışık came free, but Luizão Alves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute, Fernando Beila ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luizão Alves was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Mendiko in the 81st minute of play forced FC Nacional's goalkeeper Cipriano Virila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Nacional's Cipriano Virila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Mendiko in the 84th minute of play. Ignacio Mendiko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cipriano Virila having to interfere. Remo Sá kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 88th minute Fernando Beila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luizão Alves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Nacional's attack was well implemented in the 91st minute, but when Scott Garcia was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. FC Nacional's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
