Filiberto Kinsen kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Ermegildo Medardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zhou Kang Cheng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 16 minutes into the game, when Ralf Saarloos put in a rough tackle. The supporters of AbraXas booed when Albertus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ralf Saarloos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 17 minutes, Benigno Henry managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AbraXas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benigno Henry was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ermegildo Medardo came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Albertus FC's Tomas van Diemen. But to his dismay, Tomas van Diemen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 23rd minute, Zhou Kang Cheng ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ermegildo Medardo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. AbraXas's Ermegildo Medardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas van Diemen in the 27th minute of play. Ermegildo Medardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Coenraad Bosstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 44 minutes into the match, AbraXas's goal looked a bit too open when Coenraad Bosstraeten came free, but Ermegildo Medardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Albertus FC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Benigno Henry made the kick off in the second half. Ermegildo Medardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zhou Kang Cheng, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 54 minutes into the game, Denis Napier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AbraXas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Albertus FC the free kick. In the 54th minute, Denis Napier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, AbraXas's Ermegildo Medardo got control of the ball when Zhou Kang Cheng tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ermegildo Medardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Coenraad Bosstraeten in the 58th minute of play. Albertus FC's Arnold Hemmen pulled a muscle in his leg after 59 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Tomas Estavan's late challenge caught a Albertus FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomas Estavan helped the player get up and apologised. Albertus FC made a substitution. Niels Zwart replaced Arnold Hemmen. The supporters of Albertus FC booed when AbraXas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Estavan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zhou Kang Cheng who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Ermegildo Medardo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Zhou Kang Cheng could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Ermegildo Medardo made a huge save. Ermegildo Medardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas van Diemen in the 64th minute of play. Zhou Kang Cheng took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ermegildo Medardo. Ermegildo Medardo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. The crowd rose to their feet as Zhou Kang Cheng kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ermegildo Medardo. That made the score 0-6 in the 72 minute of play. After 78 minutes, Coenraad Bosstraeten made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. AbraXas's Ermegildo Medardo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Coenraad Bosstraeten kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Ermegildo Medardo was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Coenraad Bosstraeten capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Coenraad Bosstraeten really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. An unexpectedly hard shot by Coenraad Bosstraeten in the 92nd minute of play forced AbraXas's goalkeeper Ermegildo Medardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ermegildo Medardo was a little too slow when Tomas van Diemen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 0-9. Albertus FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
