After 18 played minutes Limoeiro-PE FC got a freekick which was hit by Waldir Carvalho. 25 minutes into the match, Leicester Foxes Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Waldir Carvalho came free, but Hannes Sandwall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hannes Sandwall stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Waldir Carvalho's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. In the 27th minute of the match, Alan Young tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Zé Pedro Mandrak saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of Leicester Foxes Academy booed when Limoeiro-PE FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Rato Ligero made the kick off in the second half. Hannes Sandwall had in the 54thth minute some difficulties stopping Rato Ligero's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 54th minute, Rato Ligero made a precise shot to the right of Hannes Sandwall. Leicester Foxes Academy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. In the 58th minute, Edgar Cabral ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hannes Sandwall was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. A hard shot by Wiliam Pires from long distance, 61 minutes into the match, got Hannes Sandwall's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Hannes Sandwall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldir Carvalho in the 62nd minute of the match. Zé Pedro Mandrak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felipe Gol went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-4 was the resulting score. Limoeiro-PE FC's Zé Pedro Mandrak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alan Young in the 68th minute of play. 70 minutes into the game, Wiliam Pires was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Limoeiro-PE FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leicester Foxes Academy the free kick. In the 77th minute, Oscar Drake left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Leicester Foxes Academy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-4. Limoeiro-PE FC were furious when Túlio Garcia was red carded, 80 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to Limoeiro-PE FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Túlio Garcia hit a great ball. Niles Andrews took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zé Pedro Mandrak. Limoeiro-PE FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Tiago Gabriel Cavalcante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rato Ligero kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Niles Andrews struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Zé Pedro Mandrak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leicester Foxes Academy. Limoeiro-PE FC's Rato Ligero shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 87th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Hannes Sandwall but with some difficulty. In the 91st minute, Felipe Gol left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Leicester Foxes Academy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Marcos Veiga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Limoeiro-PE FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcos Veiga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hannes Sandwall breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 97 minutes into the match, Alan Young notched a goal, 6-4, to the right of Limoeiro-PE FC's Zé Pedro Mandrak. Zé Pedro Mandrak was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leicester Foxes Academy walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
