Spectators: 7741 (Terracing: 5807, Seating: 1780, VIP seats: 154) 13 minutes into the game, Nuno Maltez threw the ball into play from the sideline. C.A.M.P's Saul Semeno quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After having played for 15 minutes, Silvério Vasconcelos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MZ Fénix's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvério Vasconcelos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 18 minutes into the game, Severiano Enekoitz lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Delfim Vilas Boas. After a rather tough play, MZ Fénix's Silvério Vasconcelos got a free kick in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvério Vasconcelos in the 25th minute of play forced C.A.M.P's goalkeeper Jeremias Vedillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the C.A.M.P defense, Silvério Vasconcelos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeremias Vedillo. The C.A.M.P fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeremias Vedillo should have stopped the shot. 32 minutes into the match, Silvério Vasconcelos notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of C.A.M.P's Jeremias Vedillo. Jeremias Vedillo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Silvério Vasconcelos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 41st minute of the match MZ Fénix got a corner. C.A.M.P's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Manuel Rego ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 45th minute, Nuno Maltez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Delfim Vilas Boas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteve Mark in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Jeremias Vedillo came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by MZ Fénix's Silvério Vasconcelos. But to his dismay, Silvério Vasconcelos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Esteve Mark might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Delfim Vilas Boas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Esteve Mark ran back to his position shaking his head. 61 minutes into the match, MZ Fénix's goal looked a bit too open when Esteve Mark came free, but Delfim Vilas Boas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C.A.M.P's Jeremias Vedillo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save C.A.M.P from getting a goal against them. 74 minutes into the match, C.A.M.P's goalkeeper Jeremias Vedillo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Filipe Mourato. 80 minutes into the match, MZ Fénix's goal looked a bit too open when Esteve Mark came free, but Delfim Vilas Boas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. MZ Fénix's Carlos Castelo Branco was substituted for Filipe Mourato. After a defensive mix-up in C.A.M.P's zone, Carlos Castelo Branco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeremias Vedillo came out of the goal and Carlos Castelo Branco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nuno Maltez hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. MZ Fénix's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
